So I just realized they added a new element to the site's notice at the top of the page today. Before it just read:

NOTICE: All individuals listed on this site are presumed innocent unless they have been found guilty in a court of law.

Today they added:

The BadBadTeacher.com notation appearing on graphics on this site is a WATERMARK and NOT an expression of fact or opinion.
