David Paiva: 39, a former English teacher at Barrington Middle School in Barrington, Rhode Island has been arrested on allegations of the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl. The 14-year-old daughter had received numerous inappropriate and disturbing e-mails and
text messages from Paiva, then a Barrington Middle School English teacher.


Jose Fanjul: 35, a language teacher at West High School in Salt Lake City, Utah has been arrested for allegedly having sexual relations with a 17-year-old female student. The girl claims she engaged in various sexual activities with Fanjul between March and July of 2008, both at his home and at the school.
